Our surface cleaning machines are designed and built in the USA. We are proud to say that all of our spray bars are made in the USA.

Where can I buy your products? +

Our custom units and promotional items can be purchased through our Shopify website. Our standard machines and replacement parts can be purchased through our distributors. You can find a list of local distributors on our website.

What is your Shop Policy? +

Restocking Fee: Unopened box returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.

Refund Adjustments: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any rebates applied to the purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items: Any item that has been opened, used, assembled, or operated is not eligible for return under any circumstance.

What is your Rebate Policy? +

Rebate Forfeiture: If the product is returned for any reason, the rebate is automatically forfeited. Any refund issued by Whisper Wash will be reduced by the amount of the rebate.

Refund Adjustments: All rebate checks may take up to 30 days to process from the date the completed rebate request is received.
