Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Specialty items, custom items, or items that are not currently in stock may take up to 2 weeks to ship.
Shipping Methods
Whisper Wash currently ships orders using UPS. Available shipping options may vary depending on the item, order size, and delivery location.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated using flat-rate shipping based on the type and size of the item being ordered.
Small items, such as hats: $3 flat-rate shipping
Medium items, such as spray bars: $10 flat-rate shipping
Large items, such as surface cleaners: $70 flat-rate shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you may receive tracking information by email. Please allow time for UPS to update tracking details after the shipment has been processed.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on UPS service availability, destination, weather, holidays, and other carrier-related delays. Whisper Wash is not responsible for delays caused by UPS or events outside of our control once the order has been shipped.
Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at shopify.whisperwash@gmail.com so we can review the shipment and assist with filing a claim with UPS when applicable.
Stolen Packages
Whisper Wash is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by UPS but are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a safe and secure delivery location.
Delayed Packages
Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control. Whisper Wash is not responsible for UPS delays once an order has shipped.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at shopify.whisperwash@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the packaging, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue.
Damage claims may be submitted to UPS when applicable. UPS coverage may be limited. Whisper Wash will review the issue and determine whether the item should be returned for inspection, repaired, replaced, or sent back to the customer. Items must not be used if a damage claim or return inspection is requested.
Signature Requirements and Shipping Insurance
Some orders may require a delivery signature. If a signature is waived or not requested where applicable, Whisper Wash is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.
Standard UPS coverage may be limited. Additional insurance may not be included unless specifically arranged or approved prior to shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Whisper Wash is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping or reshipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.
Returns and Shipping Charges
Returns must be authorized by Whisper Wash prior to being sent back. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved by Whisper Wash.
Approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Taxes, shipping charges, rebates, and any other fees associated with the order are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days, unopened, unused, in the original box, and in the same condition they were received.
Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by product type:
Machines: 1-year warranty
Swivels: 1-year warranty
Cartridges: 6-month warranty
Seal kits: No warranty
Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or use of the product outside of its intended purpose.
